This involves researching, booking, and customizing unique trips—from multi-country European itineraries to complex adventure travel—ensuring every detail is handled for a stress-free client experience.
Do I need prior travel industry experience? No prior industry experience is required! We provide Top-Tier Training to ensure you learn the systems, suppliers, and best practices needed to succeed. However, a deep personal passion for travel and being well-traveled yourself is highly recommended.
How flexible is the schedule? This is a truly flexible position. You have Total Flexibility and the power to own your time and schedule. Some advisors dedicate a few hours a week to build a side business, while others treat it as a full-time career. Your income potential is directly tied to the time and effort you choose to invest.
Can I work from anywhere? Yes! As an independent contractor, you can work remotely from your home, a coffee shop, or even while traveling, provided you have a reliable computer, phone, and internet connection.

What is the commission structure? We offer competitive tiered commission levels that grow as you sell more travel. We prioritize your growth, and you keep a larger percentage as you reach higher tiers.
Are there any startup or recurring fees? A: Yes, there are fees, but we keep the barrier to entry low. There is a transparent annual fee that covers your professional agency email address and access to our advanced CRM system and booking platforms. These details, along with any necessary licensing information (like E&O insurance), are clearly explained during our screening call.
Training & Support
Is comprehensive training provided? A: Absolutely. You’ll receive our company’s onboarding curriculum, access to supplier training, and mentorship from experienced agents to get you comfortable with booking and marketing your business effectively.
Does the agency provide client leads? While client leads occasionally come in and are shared with the team, you are primarily responsible for securing your own client base. We focus on providing the marketing resources and co-marketing opportunities (like templates and branded graphics) to help you grow your business exponentially.
Is there a team community or private group where I can ask questions? A: Absolutely! You'll be invited to our private Facebook community, Compass & Fable Agents where you can collaborate, share wins, and get real-time support from veteran agents anytime.
